Software Engineer

Swadara is a global consultancy group with high ambitions. We are located in Sweden (Jönköping & Skövde) and in the U.S. Charlotte NC & Detroit MI) We offer consultancy services mainly within Project Management, Mechanical Engineering and Software Development. As we see a strong demand for our services in the region, we need to immediately strengthen our expertise in the software area. Therefore, we are now primarily looking for software developers in both embedded and open systems. About you

Basically you have a BSc or MSc in engineering with a specialization in software and/or computer technology. You have a great interest in software development, are outgoing, driving, curious and careful. Other qualities we value highly are commitment, quality awareness and being prestigeless. The fact that you are self-sufficient and can take responsibility for your work are qualities that both we and our customers appreciate. You are used to working in projects, and can handle a project-oriented approach, with awareness and participation in planning and other activities. You have a social ability, and experience to work cross-functional.

Competence

You have extensive experience in programming and/or system development of embedded and/or open systems. You have knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

C/C++/C#/Java/Python
.NET/MVC/ASP.NET/SQL/HTML5
/Ajax/Angular/Json
Azure
Linux/Qt/QML
Agile methods (e.g. Scrum/Kanban)

Since several of our customers have English as a corporate language, good knowledge of English is required in both speech and writing. We take for granted that you master the swedish language. Knowledge in additional languages is of course a merit.
