IT Project Manager
Swadara is a global consulting group with high ambitions. Today we are represented in Sweden and in the USA. In Sweden, we have operations in Jönköping, Kalmar, Skövde and Stockholm. We currently offer consulting services in IT architecture, IT Management, Project Management, Product Development, Mechanical Design and Software Development, but we now intend to invest even more in IT and Telecom.
We now see a strong demand for our services, especially in qualified assignments that require experience and extensive or specific knowledge. We therefore need to strengthen our team with more IT talent to meet the demand of our customers and partners.

About you
We are looking for a senior IT / Telecom project manager with a good reputation from previous assignments where you have been appreciated by project members and clients because you have a high ability to be communicative and pedagogical and work methodically and structured towards set goals and KPIs.
Furthermore, you are good at inspiring project members and proving to stakeholders that you have full control in your project.
Competence
You need to have documented experience as a project manager. Possess leadership qualities and as a person be determined.
- Project certification.
- Financial studies and knowledge in developing business calculations.
- Experience as a Test Leader.
- Knowledge and certifications in: Scrum, SAFe, PM3, Lean, ITIL, Agile.
- Experience of self-employment
- Experience from procurement work
As several of our customers have English as their group language, good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is required. We take it for granted that you speak Swedish fluently and knowledge of additional languages is of course an advantage.
Driving license is a requirement.
